I have worked in Human Resources in corporate America for 20 years. I joke with my colleagues that if I could write a book about the experiences I have had, it would leave you in shock. Needless to say, I have seen it all.
I have been labeled by team members as not the typical HR. I wear that statement as a badge of honor.
I thought for years about starting a consulting business. Recently, I decided to disrupt my career path diverting me towards this new challenge.

A little about me personally
I live in Red Lion, PA with my husband, two lovable pups (Rook & Riley), and a spirited flock of 15 chickens. We’ve settled into a small farmette where we grow our own food and raise animals—with any extra bounty going to our neighbors and family.
The rest of my family is located just outside of Philadelphia and Chicago, where I’m lucky to have three adorable nephews who bring so much joy to my life. I’m especially close with my mom—my best friend and favorite travel buddy for wine tastings and beach getaways.
I’ve always had a love for team sports, especially soccer, which I played growing up. One of my long-term dreams is to become a partial owner of a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me walking the dogs, gardening, binge-watching HGTV or DIY videos, or tackling one of the many ongoing farm projects. Our next adventure? Expanding our little homestead with a few more farm animals. Stay tuned—more photos coming soon!
